What’s Your Vitality Level?

All things being equal, feeling vital should be your normal way of being. On an average, run-of-the-mill day, you should to expect to feel energized about your life.

Does this surprise you?

Unless a recent event or situation is causing you to feel off — like grief, sadness, anger or a random blue day – you have the right to feel pretty darn fantastic. If you don’t, it’s time to adjust your vitality level.

“A lack of vitality will limit your ability to see your true potential and create the life you want.” – LISA MARTIN

Here are 5 simple statements to help you determine if your vitality needs a boost. Be real with yourself…how true is each one for you?

  • I wake up invigorated and ready to take on the day.
  • I can’t wait to get to work in the morning.
  • I’m excited to hang out with family and friends.
  • I would describe myself as a joyful person.
  • I am often struck by how lucky I am.

Over the next several days, reflect on these statements and check your state of being. For example, when you wake up, notice…are you feeling invigorated? How energized do you feel as your heading into work or getting ready to spend time with family or friends?

If any of the 5 statements don’t reflect your experience of life, take this seriously and kick-start a revitalization program. You deserve to regularly experience vitality.

If all of these statements are deeply true for you, congratulations on your high vitality. Don’t stop now. There’s no cap on the amount of vitality you can have. A rigorous revitalization program will help you create even more.
